Our experience at Impact Orthodontics was fantastic. We went in thinking that we would be talking about braces for our 9 year old son, as there looked to be a fair bit of crowding with his teeth. They offered a free consultation, and clearly care about the well being and best interest of their patients. They put our son at ease immediately with their friendly and informative staff. They encouraged questions, and were very thorough with their exam and x-rays. They made it clear that their priority is what was best for our son, which was to monitor things annually for the next couple of years, but that no action was needed at this time. Dr.Jenn and her team have been nothing but helpful, kind and thorough with my ortho care. I have been going to Impact Dental for about three years and as an adult patient getting braces to deal with severe TMJ, I could not ask for a more reliable, knowledgeable and patient Dentist. All of the staff, from when you walk in, to the wonderful dental assistants in the back, make sure they go above and beyond each and every time. How do I know my child is getting the best orthodontic care?

Will my child be in pain after getting braces or aligners?
It’s totally normal to be nervous about discomfort — we’re parents too! At our SE office, we make the transition as easy as possible. Every patient receives a Dental Pain Eraser to help minimize discomfort, along with all the essentials they need for a smooth start. Most kids feel a bit of pressure for a day or two, but it quickly fades — and we’re always available if you need us.
