Our experience at Impact Orthodontics was fantastic. We went in thinking that we would be talking about braces for our 9 year old son, as there looked to be a fair bit of crowding with his teeth. They offered a free consultation, and clearly care about the well being and best interest of their patients. They put our son at ease immediately with their friendly and informative staff. They encouraged questions, and were very thorough with their exam and x-rays. They made it clear that their priority is what was best for our son, which was to monitor things annually for the next couple of years, but that no action was needed at this time. A refreshing change from a lot of places. We're looking forward to continuing this journey with them, and confident that we've made a great decision. ~ Ross E

We are so lucky to have Dr. Jen as my daughter's orthodontist. She is kind, respectful and down to earth while being straightforward and flexible with regard to treatment options. The new office in the deep south (Midnapore) is just fantastic and loaded with creature comforts which makes each visit fun and something my daughter actually looks forward to! The staff are professional and extremely friendly, they pay attention to the small details and make me and my daughter feel more like friends than patients. Booking appointments is easy and they are always on time which is so appreciated...in fact we often get in early! Dr.Jenn and her team have been nothing but helpful, kind and thorough with my ortho care. I have been going to Impact Dental for about three years and as an adult patient getting braces to deal with severe TMJ, I could not ask for a more reliable, knowledgeable and patient Dentist. All of the staff, from when you walk in, to the wonderful dental assistants in the back, make sure they go above and beyond each and every time. The genuine friendliness of all the people at Impact Orthodontics is palpable from the initial booking email, straight through to the initial consultation. The office is absolutely beautiful. The staff are all just so lovely and kind. Victoria met us for our initial consultation she has the most cheerful personality, which is such a blessing when you go in full of questions and anxiety. She was so helpful in navigating us through the process, helping us determine what the best options for us would be, and just making us feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Jen was so kind and showed us the model of current vs future imaging. Very cool tech was used. Very different from a regular dentist office, for sure. I remember my experiences with orthodontists when I was young and I am so glad that my kids don’t have to go through that. At Impact, we’re treated with respect and dignity. They have provided us with so much information that it’s easy to make an informed decision regarding oral hygiene and care. We never feel pushed into our decisions and all consults have been free! They’ve been so encouraging to our daughter through her care and it allows her to feel confident going in for her appointments. I have been a patient of Impact Orthodontics since 2019. Going to an appointment it feels like going to see friends, the ladies are so friendly, cheerful and I can tell they are happy to do the work they do. They have been very accommodating with my many postponed appointments and they help me navigate successfully the world of health insurances while I had to change jobs during the pandemic. Although it takes me 30 minutes to drive one way to their office, I would not have any other way. Absolutely worth the effort for the excellent service I get at Impact Orthodontics. As I finish my treatment in the next few months and I am very pleased with the results, my kids are very excited to start their treatments soon. This is a family affair! ~ Daniela P

I'm just over a year into Invisalign as an adult in my 30s, and I could not be happier with my experience at Impact Orthodontics. I trust the expertise of Dr Dena and Dr Jen 100%. They've gone above and beyond from the start, even before I committed to any treatment, and I've been well supported ever since. The whole process has been remarkably hassle-free. Their dental monitoring system saves me from having to come for frequent in-person visits, and it gives me confidence that they are keeping a watchful eye on my progress week to week. Great positive experience. I was referred to Impact through other Dental Professionals and it was clear to see why. The process was simple from start to finish from day one until the end of my treatment. Communication with the Impact team was immediate and the staff was more than professional and enjoyable. Their first impression was a lasting impression throughout my treatment. Dr. J and Jane helped accommodate any adjustments or requests I needed. Impact's office and staff were always welcoming, from the front receptionist, to the doctors and amazing financing staff. I always enjoyed my visits and the end results of my Invisalign exceeded my expectations and have added to my everyday confidence level. I cannot say enough AHHHH-mazing things about the staff and service at Impact Orthodontics... this is not your average orthodontics office! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel warm and welcome every single visit. The atmosphere is fun and inviting for kids (and adults) of all ages with everything from ipads for the kids to play while they wait (which is never long) to specialty coffees or teas for the parents to enjoy while they wait. With state of the art equipment and technology the friendly Dr's and staff will thoroughly examine and explain any course of action you or your child will need and give you choices of Braces or the ever so popular Invisalign. I had received some very suspect treatment options from a previous orthodontist that sent me seeking urgent second opinions. Dr. Smith and her team not only got me in for a consult for the next day, but they were the only orthodontist consult I've had (this was the 7th this week) that actually took the time to fully explain everything and make it make sense. Dr. Smith was kind and patient and really gives the impression that making you comfortable and informed is her highest priority, giving you all the information you want rather than other orthodontists who only give you the information they think you should know. She covered all the treatment options and answered every question and doubt I had without making me feel uncomfortable or judged. Her team is also super attentive and kind! We recently went to Impact after being referred by a friend. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was so kind and inviting. We met with a lovely lady name Brittney, who walked us through every single step and answered all of our questions. Brittney talked to the kids as if they were adults and I loved that so much! The kids felt like they were in control and able to ask questions and be a part of the conversation! Dr. Jen was equally as lovely and explained everything to us in detail, also including the kids in the chat! So sweet and kind!!! I started looking in to Invisalign options back in early 2020. I had gone to a well known clinic for my initial consultation, but during my visit I felt rushed, and like I was just another number. The payment options available were also limited and this, coupled with how I felt after my visit, is why I began looking for a second opinion. I soon came across Impact Orthodontics - what a different experience from the very beginning! All the staff at Impact are friendly and polite, and you will never get the feeling like you’re being talked down to, or that your questions are in any way an inconvenience! They worked with me to figure out a manageable payment plan - without this I wouldn’t have been able to afford the Invisalign treatment! I’m very happy to finally have a smile I’m confident with. I am so happy I chose Impact Orthodontics for my Invisalign treatment! I felt misguided during previous orthodontic treatment and felt anxious and hesitant to move forward this time around. Dr. Jen, Dr. Dena, Patricia & the team were very kind and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions prior to treatment until I felt comfortable moving forward. The support during the first few months of treatment has been incredible! I have since brought our oldest son in for an assessment and felt completely at ease. I've been coming here for my Ortho treatment for a few years now, and I would whole heartedly recommend others to come here for their Ortho treatment as well (already have)!! Some of my family members have also/ are getting their treatment done as well, and they also have positive experiences!The staff is always warm and welcoming, and I'm never anxious to attend my appointments. I'm older now, but if you have younger children, Impact Ortho is a great place to bring them. Once pandemic happened and we were obligated to wear masks… me, 34 years old mom of two and my husband, 37 years old decided to take an advantage of wearing masks and get our smiles fixed! Lol! It was the best decision for us! Dr.Dena and Dr.Jen are an amazing orthodontists! They create that amazing team who is very professional, as knowledgeable and just a pro in what they are doing. Every our visit was just another reason to confirm that we have picked the best place in Calgary and we for sure will bring both our kids there to get they cute smiles fixed! First experience with orthodontist. Staff are really nice and really understand how to talk with kids, even if the kids aren’t great at reciprocating. I was shocked the first visit when I left with no charges, their business model is not what I expected, where the years leading up to the main treatment are complementary, my kiddo is wearing a retainer to maintain teeth spacing and it’s all complementary (including the retainer), my guess is that they trust good service now will earn my business down the road - I love this trust. Oh and two more small things - love the purple theme around the office and the old school arcade game and wall mounted lightbright in the waiting room. ~ Laura-Lee B

What can I say ? A M A Z I N G !!!! Five stars by far are not enough. Incredible staff that go above and beyond. Super sweet and knowledgeable doctor. I love how they treat me and my children when we contact them and during appointments. I love how Dr. Jen talks directly to the patient and not just to the parent. She is so great at explaining everything and making sure everything is done to make the treatment a success and a pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to help us with our insurance. They also were more affordable than the other offices we got quotes from. We have 2 kids in treatment here and will have a third start treatment. We would not go to any other orthodontist. ~ Sandy G

Dr Dena and Dr Jen are outstanding! I was able to complete my orthodontic treatment while living abroad which no other clinic was able to offer me. The entire staff is excellent, always welcoming and incredibly kind. There was constant communication about my treatment and progression. Dr Jen and Dr Dena are both extremely knowledgeable, approachable and kind! I am so happy with my treatment and how they both helped transform my smile, all while I was living on a different continent! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is interested in orthodontic treatment. From the initial consultation to the end of treatment, every interaction was incredibly positive. I took my 6.5 year old son to Impact for an initial consultation upon the referral of our dentist. Impact called me promptly after receiving the referral and was able to book us in within a few days. I was impressed with all of the staff that we dealt with, including the treatment coordinator, Patricia, and the orthodontist Dr. Dena. Everything was explained in easy to understand language for my son and he was at ease the entire appointment. He does not require further treatment at this moment, but we will be back in a year to monitor the concerns. I am confident when my son does require some work on his teeth in the future we will be going with the team at Impact! ~ Heather C

We have had an amazing experience with Impact Orthodontics! They are very competitively priced and there was no pressure whatsoever during the consultation process. I love how they speak to my son directly to include him during every appointment rather than speaking over him and only with me. They have been extremely patient with my son as well who had a lot of anxiety about visiting the orthodontist. It is a very bright office with a fun and friendly atmosphere. All the staff are so lovely. We particularly have a special place in our hearts for Dr Dena and Karen who have been so incredible with my son.
