Our experience at Impact Orthodontics was fantastic. We went in thinking that we would be talking about braces for our 9 year old son, as there looked to be a fair bit of crowding with his teeth. They offered a free consultation, and clearly care about the well being and best interest of their patients. They put our son at ease immediately with their friendly and informative staff. They encouraged questions, and were very thorough with their exam and x-rays. They made it clear that their priority is what was best for our son, which was to monitor things annually for the next couple of years, but that no action was needed at this time. A refreshing change from a lot of places. We're looking forward to continuing this journey with them, and confident that we've made a great decision. ~ Ross E
We are so lucky to have Dr. Jen as my daughter's orthodontist. She is kind, respectful and down to earth while being straightforward and flexible with regard to treatment options. The new office in the deep south (Midnapore) is just fantastic and loaded with creature comforts which makes each visit fun and something my daughter actually looks forward to! The staff are professional and extremely friendly, they pay attention to the small details and make me and my daughter feel more like friends than patients. Booking appointments is easy and they are always on time which is so appreciated...in fact we often get in early! I can't say enough about how pleased and impressed we are with Impact Orthodontics and we would strongly recommend Dr. Jen to anyone looking for a fabulous orthodontist! ~ Linnea T
Dr.Jenn and her team have been nothing but helpful, kind and thorough with my ortho care. I have been going to Impact Dental for about three years and as an adult patient getting braces to deal with severe TMJ, I could not ask for a more reliable, knowledgeable and patient Dentist. All of the staff, from when you walk in, to the wonderful dental assistants in the back, make sure they go above and beyond each and every time. I am so impressed of how the office handled Covid protocol and I was always assured my health and safety was held in the utmost importance.
